The Pain Point
Having an interactive virtual agent on your mobile device who understands “your” language opens up a new way of accessing information. Current systems are inadequate and not dynamic. We solve this by adding 2 way communication on text and speech.
Our research lab is now busy working on a speech recognition module. The goal is to build a hybrid model using our proprietary GFA technology and standard speech recognition software.
